II. The Refund Protocol

All sales from "Drop 01: The Mystery Collection" are final. Due to the nature of blind-box acquisitions and hygiene standards for jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

Faulty Artifacts: Should an artifact arrive with a structural defect, notify logistics@noirateliersg.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Verified defects will be eligible for replacement or credit reversion.
